    Lower back and forarms?

Do you guys normally workout forearms doing bicep curls or do you actually hit forearm with forearm curls? Lower back. Squats and dead lifts enough? I personally find it that squatting and dead lifting work my lower back alot.

If you have genetically gifted forearms, they will grow as you perform your heavy compound & isometric exercises such as deadlifts, barbell rows, barbell bicep curls and etc. If you want thicker forearms, it is indeed a good idea to sit down and work on them by performing bunch of wrist curls, especially when on gear. You will build mass in that area, without a doubt.

Regarding lower back; you seem to have a rather long torso and from what I see in your avatar, your lower back is one of your weak spots. Thus, I wouldn't solely rely on heavy compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats, barbell rows, dumbell rows, seated rows and hyper-extention with some weight are some of exercises that deserve more attention in your case.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I do need more work on my lower back indeed and also on my legs!

As for gear, I would like to try gear but I am still currently learning more about it and hopefully try it sometime in the next 4-6 months.

I wasn't at all suggesting you should get on gear for whatever purpose.

Unless you have completely figured out how to eat and train properly, getting on gear would be somewhat pointless.
