I stopped my trt 4 months ago here are my blood results

Hi im from uk been on trt for the last 3 years of 1ml sustanon 250 every 3 weeks , i have stopped it, my last jab was 16 weeks ago here are my blood results;

3 weeks after last shot testosterone 10.0 nmol/l (11-37)
lh 0.1 (1.0-8.0) fsh 0.3 (1.0-11)

7 weeks after last shot testosterone 8.6 nmol/l (11-37)
lh 0.1 (1.0-8.0) fsh 0.3 (1.0-11)

10 weeks after last shot testosterone 6.8 nmol/l (11-37)
lh 0.1 (1.0-8.0) fsh 0.3 (1.0-11)

14 weeks after last shot testosterone 3.4 nmol/l (11-37)
lh 0.8 (1.0-8.0) fsh 4.0 (1.0-11)

16 weeks after last shot testosterone 1.8 nmol/l (11-37)
lh 5.6 (1.0-8.0) fsh 11 (1.0-11)

If I'm reading this right at 16 weeks your T level still is in the toilet but your LH & FSH are good. Testicals can/will be slower to respond than your hypo/pituitary so keep that in mind. If it remains like that then it's an indicator of primary hypogonadism.

I feel no different just slightly less libido , no difference in energy, mood motivation gym strenght etc.

No i did not run any pct,
I got diagnosed primary hypogonadism 3 years ago and was put on trt

A lot of guys stop TRT because the expectations they had aren't met. In most cases, the expectations they had weren't realistic. I'm not saying this is the case with the OP at all, I have no idea, but it is the common case. People often forget that low testosterone, prolonged and ignored can lead to a lot of serious problems down the road, very serious health concerns.

I know why some would stop it but not from after being on for 3 years. That is way past the point of not meeting what they expected.

I think most who quit, quit because they are on a poor protocol or financial hard times which is understandable. Hope the OP gets this matter straightened out, I know I would hate to be forced back to where I was before.

I had blood tests in january which showed up very high haemaglobin, hematocrit i was referred to a haematologist who told me i was at risk of stroke . She prescribed me asprin and i had weekly venesections (blood draws) to bring the levels down .She said i had probable testosterone related polycythemia but did not rule out primary polycythemia to be on the safe side she did some more blood tests including JAK2 gene test, EPO,bone profile, LFT ,FBC vit b12 etc.

She wanted me to discontinue the trt to establish if tr was the cause of the high hematocrit and to bring levels back into range , then the next step is to refer me to an endo and put me back on trt with a different application method/ dosage and regular blood tests monitoring and if need be blood draws to keep my hematocrit levels under 0.480 (0.40-0.50)
I had to go in to hospital every week for the last 3 months for weekly blood tests and i have given a pint of blood each time, it has has taken 8 weekly blood draws to get my blood levels down from a hematocrit of 0.605 (0.40-0.50) ,they are well within range now, but i am having weekly blood tests to monitor levels and keep hematocrit under 0.480 (0.40-0.50)

I go to see my haematologist this monday to discuss all my test results and the next step she has made me an appointment with endo who is going to work with my haematologist .

I was actually thinking of trying a re-start to see if i can get testosterone woking naturally as this high hematocrit freaked me out but i will see what the specialists say .

A restart won't help if you're primary hypo. You simply need a modern protocol that includes closely monitoring your BW as well as blood donations if needed. On the correct dosage you very well may not even need to donate.

Your body produces estrogen from testosterone. Thus if your testosterone levels are low it is common to have low estrogen levels.

Many doc's can misdiagnose hormonal issues especially when aas is involved. You can always try a restart or maybe a simple HCG Stimulation Test (google it) to see how your boys respond. If they don't then you are primary and need TRT. If they do respond then there's a possibility a restart could work.

Many variables effect how much we each produce. Like DD said, E follows T. Make sure when you test E that it is a Sensitive Assay. If you use Labcorp I can give you the proper codes.

I had been using steroids on and off for about 10 years only sustanon deca and dianabol cycles i never ran a pct . I had finished off a sustanon 500mg deca 300mg a week 10 week cycle . 5 months later i felt low libido and i lost my ejaculate, i went to my GP told him i had done steroids and explained my symptoms , he did a blood test which confirmed low test and he referred me to an endo with these blood results.

I saw an endo 1 month later who told me i was shut down had did not know whether i would recover he mentioned i may still have deca in my system but there was no way of telling with blood tests and he said in his experience deca could linger for a long time , he ran some more blood tests which came back the same as above, he told me to come back again 3 months time and run bloods again.

Damn vinny. Your LH & FSH were working their asses off trying to get your boys to produce to no avail. That said I seriously do not see the point in a restart attempt. If anything and just to clear your conscience maybe do an HCG Stimulation Test (google it) as this will show in a matter of days if your boys will comply with demands, although I honestly doubt it.

Unfortunately it happens vinny and I think you may have to accept that TRT is your future. Just make sure it's a good protocol that will help keep your hematocrit in check.

I see my endo in 6 weeks, i know my test level is rock bottom at the moment will it get any lower would it go to zero ?

Will i have any issues with test this low as i cant take anything untill 6 weeks time when i see my endo ?

Primary hypo doesn't always mean zero production. Won't know where it stays until BW.
Issues, well you probably won't like how you feel at all. That's a given. Suck it up and get through this period and get back on a good protocol.
