Thread: to cycle or not?

    to cycle or not?

rather than using gear and pinning, could you take Nolva, Clomiphene, HCG, and/or Anastrozole to get results or some form of increase in body production of test to lean out?

    stats:
    30 yrs old
    10 yrs lifting
    28% bf
    295lbs
    5'10"
    power lifting mainly

Goal is 15% or lower bf, fabled power builder! my tdee is 3500. i've tried a couple stacks of PH's the last 2 years before they were banned.

dr. says, I have low T (280), high blood sugar, high bad cholesterol, and fatty liver, thus my reason for asking the above question. i dont want to add fuel to the fire so im unsure of pinning. I have a feeling that if i could lean out those numbers would subside. but things havent been so easy. i use to be able to drop 5-10 pounds a week, but that has been on a decline since 25.

advice and suggestions will be appreciated!

I'm sorry to say, there is no magic pill, shot, stack or otherwise to lose body fat. It is all diet and cardio. Only when you are ~12% or less and looking to go lower, do any of the supplements really make any difference. If you're T is naturally low you should contact your endo and get yourself set up with TRT, but you may find that lowering you body fat helps. A rate of 5-10lb of fat per week is too fast and will likely end up in you losing significant muscle as well, most lose 1-2lb per week to preserve their lean tissue.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it is what you need to hear. Fat loss is more about "consistent" healthy lifestyle and choices rather than adding extra substances to your system and hoping they will make up for you lifestyle choices (crappy, I know, but there it is).

The high cholesterol, and fatty liver will go sideways if you add steroids, dont do it till you fix it.

Stop eating fried food, sodas and other fatty foods. Eat unprocessed food and plenty of vegetables and fruit, reduce the protein so your liver and kidneys have an easier time. Implement a cardio routine, doesnt need to be daily or very stressing, you just need to do it.

Its in your hands. In 6 months you would be a new person and can think about steroids.

i hear yall, i know theres non magic pill. as yall know the older we get our body slows down, add low t to that and its even harder to do certain things. ive never pinned before and a majority of threads ive read say to do test only a couple cycles. if indeed my dr suggests TRT, whats the difference from taking Test e,c,p? in appearance trt and pinning have the same effect, as in, shutting down the testicles, shrinkage, lower fertility, and similar sides from pinning. although pinning would give more advantage to building muscle rather than just bringing test levels up to average

ive cut my portions sizes, ive cut out sodas, staying away from fried food. doing those three things in the past i'd be losing pounds easily, throw in some cardio and thats where i was dropping 5+ a week.

guess ill do a gnc run for a test booster, thermogenic, and up the cardio.

The difference is that if you were put on TRT, you would be supervised by a medical professional who would take responsibility and apply the appropriate precautions, blood tests, managing sides (which at a higher bf would be significant), without adversly effecting your already high sugar, colesterol, liver fat levels. Whereas simply self prescribing testosterone you would be on your own. Its hard enough to manage a cycle in a safe way when you're in great shape, so when you have less than perfect blood results you'd be setting yourself up for a tough time. With all due respect, at 28% bf with a solid diet plan and training/cardio routine you should be able to drop a significant amount of bf without any need to risk your health further.

This ^^^. Sugar is your #1 enemy for "bad cholesterol" and triglycerides. Consider a high quality fish oil as well. Give this thread a read...
