i hear yall, i know theres non magic pill. as yall know the older we get our body slows down, add low t to that and its even harder to do certain things. ive never pinned before and a majority of threads ive read say to do test only a couple cycles. if indeed my dr suggests TRT, whats the difference from taking Test e,c,p? in appearance trt and pinning have the same effect, as in, shutting down the testicles, shrinkage, lower fertility, and similar sides from pinning. although pinning would give more advantage to building muscle rather than just bringing test levels up to average

ive cut my portions sizes, ive cut out sodas, staying away from fried food. doing those three things in the past i'd be losing pounds easily, throw in some cardio and thats where i was dropping 5+ a week.

guess ill do a gnc run for a test booster, thermogenic, and up the cardio.

The difference is that if you were put on TRT, you would be supervised by a medical professional who would take responsibility and apply the appropriate precautions, blood tests, managing sides (which at a higher bf would be significant), without adversly effecting your already high sugar, colesterol, liver fat levels. Whereas simply self prescribing testosterone you would be on your own. Its hard enough to manage a cycle in a safe way when you're in great shape, so when you have less than perfect blood results you'd be setting yourself up for a tough time. With all due respect, at 28% bf with a solid diet plan and training/cardio routine you should be able to drop a significant amount of bf without any need to risk your health further.
