I am a gym addict i swear it gives me a life high working out and just being physically fit. I do not wanna live like this where i cant do my passion its driving me nuts... My family says im fked for wanting to workout when i have a good paying job. But this job is highly depressing me and i just want to heal and start working out again!

Well, if you can find the way your gym can pay you for being there, sure thing dump the job you have and hate.
Or, write all the issues why you hate the job, and why you like it, and reasons for why you go there, then sleep over a night or two over the things you wrote and maybe you will have to fill something more in there, then when you're done writing, look over and analyse it all carefully, like a detective, cons and pros and reasons you havent seen before.

Just trying help you out a bit

You have to find a balance between work and your home life. The most important thing in my view is being happy at the end of the day. If your not perhaps you do need to move on and make some new adjustments in your life.
