Just an observation - you definitely hit your arms very hard(you don't go to failure do you? - even in a high rep range you can feel out your weights to hit failure at least on 2 sets(I couldn't do anymore than 2 sets at true positive failure then beyond) & what I mean in bold are highlighted ex's that are a different movement but it's working the same muscle head... It looks as though your high volume on your arms(at least - w/as many sets and ex's your doing)... Take a look at the type of training HIT in Marcus' Dungeon!

Read from the beginning as he was a PL b4 anything and he went to BBing but still implements many PL techniques(B&B - bracing and breathing) etc - I see your intensity is higher than most S/Sing etc - how long are your rest periods in between sets??
