yehh i have , the thing is ive read so much research i dont know whats true! and if its come from people who are on steroids then ill know more!
the perfect first cycle for most is something on the lines of this
1-5 35mgs od d-bol ed
1-12 500mgs of test a week
10 days after last test injection start pct. pct usually consists of something on the lines of 25mgs of nolva ed for 4 weeks and 25mgs of aromasin ed for 4 weeks. i will need your stats and age to go any further
Listen, to just thrown in some dbol might sound harmless to you or someone who has been doing this for a while but for a beginner it could be. These guys have no experience using any of these compounds so they should be taking it slow. You say test takes 4-6 weeks to peak, who cares, then you wait 4-6 weeks. i dont really know my body fat percentage.
post your diet including how much protien fat and carbs.
my diet usually consists of a shake a day, at 60G protein, then as breakfast a bowl of cereal and green tea. Chicken for lunch, usually a milkshake or drink before lunch to split it up! then about 5, ill have a drink depends, then usually something like steak,chicken,sausages with veg for lunch, inc dessert!
Thats not a good diet dude, this is what a bulking diet for you should look like taken from the Bulking Sticky
Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories
18 years old guys, bro ur too young, why dont you read up on bulking diets, and train hard, way to young for gear, youll have serious problems in the future if you decide to go ahead with it.
i know but its just awkward, thing about the diet, i cant no matter how hard i try have a diet like that. i mean i work 74hours a week! i cant hold down that diet no matter what, and ive got to how i am now naturally and if i train harder with roids and the diet im on ill get alot bigger.. thats all!
Unfortunately steroids dont make you bigger if your diet still sucks. You will have very poor results if you cannot get your diet in check mean while 18 is far too young.
i know but i know people who are now massive even with the same diet as me! no matter what i cant change my diet.. i can try but i wont get much better, i just need a cycle that can work with the diet above as i wont be able to change it and i know its possible even with my diet!, help?

your logic is way off, you don't build a cycle that "will work" with your horrible diet and taxing work schedule, you build a diet that will help you make the best gains
you don't need to cycle, you need to take the money you would use for AS and put it towards food, then when you have time to workout properly(which is near impossible with that type of workload, trust me i know, i used to work 90hr/wk while going to high school) and diet properly then you can cycle, but you are wayyy too young and cycling right now could mess your body up for life
kk ok then mate, fair enough, ill wait till im about 23-24 then just go for it? but now atm im on nitrix,creatine and protein shakes.. what other supplements is there that can bulk me up quicker and just help me along, whilst i focus on my diet etc? just any advice i can use with my work and timing etc!... thanks alot for your help dudes!

i want to know a good start cycle, u guys might not agree but i want to at least try my first cycle, if i dont want to ill stop, or something like that! i want to give it ago, even whilst improving my diet, and just see what comes of it!?

im gonna try dbol alone for 4 weeks, then if that goes well, ill try test aswell about 2 months after that as the 1st proper cycle
You really dont care what anyone here has to say do you. Why ask for advice and then just ignore it. You do what you want but you are making a mistake. Any gains you get from dbol only for 4 weeks you will lose, end of story , do not pass go. You are going to learn the hard way my friend
