Lets say you are on a cycle , goal is to build muscle tissue - mass:
Is it a good idea to workout 3 hours each workout - first hour work till failure (intensity) and than just fatigue the muscle with blood volume work. Does that make sense for those real-hard core 8 weeks or so ?
