Ok here is my first question thinking rationally.
Is No nonsense muscel building effective?
he stresses tri sets, and crash sets. Thats his training reg.
I like his approach. And I dont need protien shakes?
Im not that bad out of shape, not to the point where I cant do anything.
here are my rough exact measurements.
I dont need your help constructing a diet a fitness reg. My one good quality is I can think critically for myself; my obvious bad point is im impatient.
Age: 21
Hieght: 5-11
Wieght: 175-180
BF%: 14-16%
I can do 5 wide grip pull ups to get u were im at strength wise.
I goto school 4 days a week and just got a full time job at the borgata.
