No its solid, I got that gem of advice form RR on here. He just finished #1 at a show. I've just never used it before and had been going to it 3x a day..gets kinda pricey so i'll knock it down to 2x ED.

The macros for it is 60kCals 1.5g Fat 4g Carb 8g Pro (It's a Kroger brand) and google it and you will see its a popular choice, I just never used it before.

Having meal #5 right now...
