Good news feeling great!
It's was definitely water retention.
Down to 209. Seems like the weight is melting off, I know it's not all fat but it feels good anyways.
Diet is great tons of energy and getting awesome workouts. I have went from 45 mins of cardio to 65 mins, and still try and get 1 hr weights, but concentrating on more cardio.
I picked up a men's fitness mag with 100's of meal ideas. I still eat my normal foods but I change things up a bit with my chicken and egg whites, did not know that there was so many ways you can do with eggs and chicken.
I am drinking less shakes and replacing with whole foods.
Heading to the gym, will update in a couple of days.
