posted up a hello couple week ago and the member that said welcome back suggested i leave it a while before taking steroids
this is my current situation, while my lifts are high (training for britains strongest man) i lack any concentration and anger in the gym. im not even an angry person in general so firstly i will be going for a testosterone check before i even start a cycle.
i am 20 (21 in feb) been training 8 months (6 of those strongman training) and gonna train at least a year before i start a course anyway so hopefully i wont pick up injuries.
So whats your input on wether or not i should start a course?
ive read the education part and i think im going to do 12 weeks of test (recommendations of which one?) with weeks 1-4 of dbol as a kick start.
my current stats are:
6'3
140kg (bf no idea probs 25%?)
bench 140kg
squat 140kg
leg press 600kg
deadlift 190kg
