I keep to 60 seconds to 90 seconds between sets. I prefer my intensity to be high and remain high. I concentrate on trying to catch my breath then I make sure my music is where I want it to return to my mental zone. By that time I'm slapping myself in the face, taunting myself in the mirror, and returning to the iron.
