hey folks, I need to start workingout on lats for the next coming 8 wks. Current my biceps/tricep have increase from 13'' to 17'' and am still working on it. My delts are also swelling out, but my lats are pretty poor. I don't have that upper-V shape. I need to know what workouts and techniques do I need to incorporate to improve my lats. Thansk in advance
