need some techniques to improve lats

hey folks, I need to start workingout on lats for the next coming 8 wks. Current my biceps/tricep have increase from 13'' to 17'' and am still working on it. My delts are also swelling out, but my lats are pretty poor. I don't have that upper-V shape. I need to know what workouts and techniques do I need to incorporate to improve my lats. Thansk in advance

you could do super wide grip lat pull down, and then the same thing, but behind the head, barbell rows, dumbbell rows, t-bar rows, seated machine rows, seated long pull, super wide grip pull ups, hammerstrength rows, reverse grip barbell rows, reverse grip machine rows, reverse grip lat pull down, incline barbell rows, incline t-bar rows, incline dumbbell rows, laying dumbbell pull-overs, standing lat contractions using the lat pull machine, etc.
There are some more that will strictly hit your lats, but I cannot think of them right now. But any of those are good

Deadlifts would be great, S43. Also, wide grip chin ups will be good. Bent over rows. Check out this link..lots of options with pictures:

Lats are really tricky to hit for alot of people. Its important to focus on using your arms as hooks rather then just pulling the weight. On all row type exercises try to bring the weight low to your a**omen (belly button or lower), this will help leave the biceps and forearms out of it. Also, let your arms go down far enough so your lats get a little stretch in each rep, shoot for as full range of motion as posible. If your having troubles getting them pumped like alot of people try lightening the weight and go for a higher rep range and concentrate on using your lats rather then your arms to pull the weight.
