Try to get a good night sleep and work out before you go to work I guess. I really dont know what to tell ya bro. I am a fireman and pull 24 hr shifts eod for five days so thats 72 hrs in a 120 hr period followed by 4 days off then repeat schedual again. I also work heavy construction on my days in between and on my four days off the fire dept, plus raise 4 kids with my wife. sports, school, etc...etc... and I make time to lift and train in mma and spend quality time with my wfe and I am 37 yrs old dude, If you dont have enough strength to eat then I guess your screwed. maybe you can have your momma come over and bake you some cookies LMFAO.oops I should have read the whole thread, sorry I thought you started this one, my bad. lol
