    Losing muscle should not be as much of a concern as over-training the CNS. When the CNS becomes over-trained muscle loss generally occcurs.

    Some studies have suggested you begin eating away at muscle tissue when going past 1 hour. I think it's safe to say do not go past 1 hour when doing moderate intensity.

    Why all the cardio?

    whats cns,you must have thought that was coming...lol

    and i wanna be more cut then big,i guess thats a easy why to explane it

    CNS = Central Nervous System.

    If desired you can work your way up the muscular ladder by training in cycles. Simply do an anabolic prime (cut) before going into a mass phase (bulk).
