At this point my goal is to just get big and hopefully not add fat in the process and hopefully keep as much as possible after cycle. I'm not really looking to get ripped.. I'll be going more in that direction in the summer. For now I'd like to add some nice mass over the winter.
For PCT I have Nolva and Clomid on hand, but I don't have everything sorted out 100%. There seems to be mixed feeling out there as far as what to use for PCT..
Also with the shots, it's getting a little easier.. thank god.. haha
I just worry myself about infections and whatnot.. it's not really the pain that bothers me. The soreness is a little annoying, but it doesn't seem as bad this time around. It's more of a self-induced freak out type thing, you know?
Oh, and as far as lifting routine, I just stick to mostly the tried and true free weight exercises. I usually start around 12 reps then go down to 10,8,6, and sometimes lower.
My schedule is usually something like this:
day 1: shoulders
day 2: legs
day 3: back/bi's
day 4: chest/tri's
