I ran Winny last year. it doesn't get you cut, it gets you hard. The more cardio and the better your diet, the better the results.
I ran it with Clen to cut up and ended up gaining alot of strength and gained about 6 lbs. When I think about how much fat the clen/cardio took off I probably gained about 8 lbs of lean mass.
The only problem was not having that little extra push when I had been off for about 4 weeks.
I am 19 a former high school hockey player 5'9" 178lbs i have been lifting for about 2 years my bench max is 225 i want to get cut for spring break and for summer i really want to bring out the 6 pack i have never takin anything before so any advice, tips ,and ideas will help
