    Not planning to do D bol.. just saying it was all I had experience with... from what I read (please correct me if wrong) it would be good to do an 8 week cycle of about 40mg per day or 50mg.. still not sure if I should start with a low dose and build up and then scale back or not..


    My goal is to put on 5 pounds of muscle and lose five pounds of fat and come in harder, so both.. put on a little strength and still be able to do intense cardio. Basically looking to build more strength per square inch of what I already have.. small but lasting quality gains..

    you dont need steorids to do that! Tweak your diet and exercise up and that should be easy..if you insist on using var..take nothing less than 50mg/day..however I noticed nothing until 80mg/day..100mg/day was really nice..nice, hard vascular look, strength went up too...my stats are similar to yours too..may want to consider a higher dose

    i agree wit the person who said u dont need AS for this goal... really doesnt make much sense to me..

    Still researching about dose.. I dont know how much my lack of ever doing a cycle will play into this. As far as diet and exercise helping, I truly believe I have reached my genetic potential. I train six days a week.. both intense cardio, weight lifting and power lifting exercises.. eat clean and take a ton of supplements.. when I first started working out at age 16 I weighed 119... now a solid 197 but for the past year I have stayed at this. That is the only reason I am considering this. Over the years I keep tweaking my diet and work outs more and more. I work out intensely and have never cycled before. There is only so much you can do to achieve goals naturally. And I believe most people underestimate what they can do naturally, but I have been at it for 15 years now, maybe only taking a week off here and there. Do everything by the book. Put on 80 lean pounds on naturally, but can't seem to do more. And now as I get older it gets harder.
