Not planning to do D bol.. just saying it was all I had experience with... from what I read (please correct me if wrong) it would be good to do an 8 week cycle of about 40mg per day or 50mg.. still not sure if I should start with a low dose and build up and then scale back or not..
My goal is to put on 5 pounds of muscle and lose five pounds of fat and come in harder, so both.. put on a little strength and still be able to do intense cardio. Basically looking to build more strength per square inch of what I already have.. small but lasting quality gains..
