Everyone keeps saying PCT needs work. when it comes down to it theres not TOO many PCT's to choose from... So if I add ONE more thing, (clomid, arimidex, whatever) will that "complete" my PCT or make it "acceptable"? When i see guys listing their cycles on here I dont see them listing PCT after PCT .. they might have 2 or 3 TOPS.

Perhaps you should learn more about what a good pct is. Yours is not. Also, diet is the most important thing regarding lbm gain and fat cutting. If you dont know exactly how many grams of fat, carbs, protein you eat in a meal and the total number of calories you eat in a day, and when you eat these macros your are lost.

Your diet is really poor, bro. You need to re-work it all. Esp. pwo and ppwo meals.

I respect your opinion and appreciate your help. However, I know what works for me and this has in the past. Everyone is built different, and everyones body responds differently to different stimuli.

Perhaps you can enlighten me with some diet tips, johnny?
