when i find my self doing cardio everynight,not much (10min) a night,im trying to get down to single digit B/F i lose weight fast but i feel like im shrinking?
i feel like most of the weight is coming from mussle lossis this commen,what can i do to stop this from happening? i do low-med intencity cardio...and try to eat as clean as possible,
in a nut shell,im eating 4-5 times a day with body weight protien amount and carbs through out the morning-affternoon...what am i doing to make this happen? if it's genetics then what can i do to aid it from happening
