    my problem with cardio and cutting...???

    i'll get to the point,

    reminder:not on any aas

    when i find my self doing cardio everynight,not much (10min) a night,im trying to get down to single digit B/F i lose weight fast but i feel like im shrinking?

    i feel like most of the weight is coming from mussle loss is this commen,what can i do to stop this from happening? i do low-med intencity cardio...and try to eat as clean as possible,

    in a nut shell,im eating 4-5 times a day with body weight protien amount and carbs through out the morning-affternoon...what am i doing to make this happen? if it's genetics then what can i do to aid it from happening

    Well, I know what you mean.

    It feels like it because, well, you are shrinking

    Thing is, as long as you eat enough good calories to maintain the muscle mass you have, you will be fine.

    Well...thats kind of a broad answer! You know it would depend on how high your bf is.....if its at like 25%, well than ya! you are going to shrink a lot!

    so i guess we would need to know your bf.

    10 minutes of low to moderate intensity cardio and your losing muscle? i really doubt it. you might be looking into it alittle much. you arent even burning fat at that point.

    keep your HR around 60% for 45-75minutes and your fine.

    body fat % is 11.5-12.0

    heres a example,a month and a half ago i weighed 174 at around the same b/f and now im at 166 at the same b/f %...??? i guess i cant prove to the tee that my b/f hasent changed but it dosent feel/look any diff? keep in mind,my gaol is around 185-195 pounds@ 9-10 b/f i have a ways to go...

    when doing cardio ED (even at low-mod intecneity) should we be eating less carbs more carbs,higher protien and so on? please help on this

    while iM waiting im gonna vist the diet forum AGAIN!!!

    even after a 1hr long workout? what would be exceptable then?

    agreed. its actually the best time of day to do cardio.
