you probably just hit a vein, or a nerve more than likely..

it happens, the shower has nothing to do with it..

i'd ask did you heat up the injection before you did it??

are you rotating injection sites??

was the muscle tight or relaxed??

did you do the injection or did someone else??

and who is the expert that says to do it after a shower??

Never pinned myself, but i've heard of people doing it this way so they are "clean". Their hands are clean, and so is the injection spot... (not leaving out the alcohol), but it kind of makes sense that way....i can see the thinking behind..but enlighten me if thats not the proper way to do it?

heat brings more blood to the are, the reason people message and apply heat after an injection is to help spread around the substance that was injected.

by applying heat before the injection it brings more blood into the area under the skin.

We/I am assuming the injection was in the hip since it is TRT and injections are 1x per week.. if i missed something let me know..
