Yea i just got in...
Barbell Squats up to 315 today, made it to 7th rep
leg curls at 135 again,
leg press still at 810... it will be a bit till i go up, maybe a week or 2
standing calf raise atlantis, 280
seated calf raise at 200
Thats it for today... gonna rest tomoro, then try chest....
