    Figure I'll just throw some updates up here every once in a while.... I'm 272... Upped my cardio to a full 20 minutes 5 days a week... and I'm going to start carb cycling at the end of march....

    How are you liking the 20 minutes a day 5days per week??? Do you feel like it is working good enough?? Thought about upping it to 30 minutes a day?? The reason I ask is because 3 days a week I do 20 minutes a day and 1 day a week I do a 5 mile run around my city. The results havent been that great.. dropped umm 12 lbs. in roughly 6 weeks.. i know it's good progress but I feel like I should be doing better thats why I am wondering about 20 minutes 5 days a week..

    What's the intensity like?? i.e.- treadmill at a certain pace .. or sprint/jog sprint/jog...

    Just trying to get a feel of what other of the Big guys around here are doing. Thanks

    My Cardio is 20minutes PWO heart rate 70-75% of my MHR and is usually treadmill based unless its leg day then I do the recumbent bike.... I will be increasing my cardio by about 5 minutes every 2 weeks and start carb cycling the end of March.... beyond that I'll make any adjustments as needed seeking a little over 1lb per week of weight loss as I dont want to sacrifice too much muscle...and I have 16 weeks left to cut so I should come in around 250-255 9-10% is my goal...The problem with dropping your calories too much or upping your cardio too much is your body become more efficient and start devouring your lean mass... in otherwords it become counter productive and if your cooking off 2 pounds a week natty then your at the higher end of the spectrum for weight loss unless your morbidly obese...

    Ok... quick update... Bodyweight 272lbs.... Noticing a huge difference in my physique.... And tomorrow I'm going to start macro cycling...Looking like this

    Figured I'd start now instead of waiting till the end of the month

    Tell me what you guys think....any input would be greatly appreciated as I've only played around with carb cycling in the past so its still new territory...

    Test Prop 50mg ED Weeks 1-12
    Tren Ace 60mg ED Weeks 2-9
    Winni Oral 50mg ED Weeks 5-11
    HCG 250 IU's M-W-F Weeks 2-12
    T3/T4 16.7/75 Week 1 33.4/150 Weeks 2-10 16.7/75 Weeks 11-12
    Aromasin 20mg ED Weeks 12-14
    Nolvadex 20mg ED Weeks 12-16

    And thinking of possible using Hyrdoxy cut Hardcore... want to stay away from Clen/Ephedra...

    Carbed up yesterday and I feel great.... weighed in at 275 this morning... probably seeing a supersaturation of glycogen/water I feel good and look better... Prolly post some pics around june/july..... maybe sooner if I look good
