I think I told him to tell his trainer to stick to what he knows...exercises not meds

The "I just want to get shredded" threads really aggrivate the stew outta me lol. I hate that word when it's being referred to BBing. Makes me think of a bunch of highschoolers sitting around saying "ya man, all you gotta do is eat steak all day and drink creatine and you'll be shredded in no time"

lol i don't mind the snow when it's first present....nice and clean looking, bright white.....but i hate seeing it a few days later when its half melted and brown from the dirt and all over my car...f*ck that....makes the intial enjoyment not worth the later trouble....
