How so, your point was vague?

And about the other story...like I said in my other logs on alli there are different effects for the different foods you eat.
When people "crap their pants" its because they probably ate something with A LOT of oil in it. Saturated, or a more solid fat, create softer stools...passing them is easy, haha they are low density so they float lol. Im not sure what to do about forums, because it seems like when i get on them i might...take the wrong message and end up getting mad???
    Im not sure?

Like I said heres what I just got done eating...3 baked chicken breast with the skin removed, a slice of ham, a whole raw carrot, corn, keshe'?...like an egg/broccoli pie type thing? With sugarfree apple pie?
Im also taking 2 alli pills a day, dont take it with breakfast or protein drinks..im taking in 100grams of soy powder protein a day, not artificial sugar, only sugars such as lactose and fructose..only artificial sugar is in the soy protein, 2 grams?
I dont know if people have actually read all of my posts or not? but i say in several what my workout regiment is, i think most would say im fit at my college...i mean im doing pull-ups with 50lbs straped to my feet, and ive got up to doin 5 with 70lbs, same with dips
Im running more than 2 miles a day on my cuttin phase along with working out
aound 8miles on tues and thursday of any phase
    workout 2-2.5 hours a day?
    1.5mile time- 9min 37sec
    12miles - 2 hrs
lift weights mon, wed, fri...i just got off my cuttin phase so alli helps keep the fat down a little when I eat a lot? less to burn right?!

I mean I did ask about taking Anavar, but people on the discussion forums didnt think it was a good idea yet again? Im 19 years old, Im eating healthy, my total cholesterol is below 100.... waist is 31inches, hips 35.5 inches, chest is 43in...185lbs, 5'11" tall, shoe size? not sure what else to tell...
umm not sure what else to tell u besides my waist when from 33.5 to 31 inches since christmas?

Its working good for me but a pharmacy major wouldnt know anything about drugs...in my opinion it has better credit to it than Hydroxycut, cuz its FDA approved and orlistat is an actual drug.

    Any other opinions?
    Questions?
    Should I take Anavar then?
    Lovin' the comments haha.

Just what I said... men have no business taking it. Its for fat 40 year old housewives who sit on their fat asses all day eating chips and ordering shit off QVC.

I just went to alli's website. Its nothing but pictures of fat 40 year old women...just as I suspected when I started writing this post.

I mean... I guess I kinda see your point? But you're just generalizing the drug by what you saw on the website. You might have just as well said, "women dont have any buisness lifting weights and bodybuilding, cuz all they're good for is are good ole' home-maker/ or housewife"
I'm sure there are plenty of generalities to go around lol

Its just a drug, an FDA approved one at that
I dont totally disapprove of hydroxycut, but if you are gonna go that route you might as well just take caffeine pills..

MY POINT is what could taking alli hurt? It doesnt get rid of all the fat you take in by any means, so its not completely taking away all of the fats you need. I dont sit around eating bon bons while I watch TV by any means either lol. Its just useful in helping me take in less fat. Right now Im off a cutting phase and back on a bulking on...running 2 miles for time and not doing a lot of distance, a lot more weight lifting.
I dont think theres a diet out there, without me buy food, that will have me eating zero fat...my diets pretty good, i just like a little backup when Im tryin to bulk up

Not tryin to win any particular arguements here, as the comment " alli is for 'fatass women' and men have no buisness taking it", and my opinion of alli being more effective than most weightloss supplements because they are opinions...
I see it like this- its not hurting me, i my diet and work ethic is more than sufficient, why not? It only helps.
Like I said Id be MORE than happy to take Anavar Instead

    Exclamation To survive

It seems like, to survive on any forums, you have to conform to everyone else. On these supplement forums...to get a good response, Id have to comment on the newest weightloss supplement out.
    Seems too cliche'
Im just reporting on alli because orlistat is a drug approved by the FDA, and has many other uses than for fat people
Take for example insulin...thats for mainly diabetics but people used it to increase their bodies absorption of glucose for a steriod like effect so how is using alli any different?

I dont necissarily not like fat loss supplements but Im sceptical to try them, so any good recommends? I would like to try a caffeine one tho

ANYWAYS ill get off my soap box, Ive been on a bulking phase for a few weeks and Ive been maintaining a 31inch waste for a while 35.5 in on the hips
Im on protein, still taking the alli, waiting for a response on the dieting forum on my "college diet" topic for those of you who would like to help out if you think my diet isnt sufficient enough? That is if youve read my previous posts giving example of my diet and when i DEEM it necissary to take alli.
    Goin Strong!
Really not too many probs cept a bit gassier with alli + soy protein
Sure helps out a little bit on a bulking phase tho!

Side note I also have a topic up on protein if you would also like to help with that Id very much appriciate it!

Dude...you're on a bulking phase while taking a drug that is used to drop weight? What? Nobody is trying to make you conform to anyone, they're just trying to help you make sense of your supplements and diet. All of your posts sound as if you have done zero research on everything.

Can you please list the "other uses" for alli other than it being for fat people? There aren't any! ALL that drug does is suppress your appetite by making you think if you eat bad foods you'll shit yourself.

If you're going to use a drug or supplement to help drop a couple access pounds just stick to something like an ECA stack or better yet, stop eating "3 baked chicken breast with the skin removed, a slice of ham, a whole raw carrot, corn, keshe'?...like an egg/broccoli pie type thing? With sugarfree apple pie" for one meal and you might be able to drop some freakin' weight.

Weight loss is a pretty general term, I dont think anyone in their right mind wants to take in fat, unless they are have a problem. It just takes the fat out of foods no matter how much fat is in food some can always be taken out. I dont eat crap, and im pretty sure theres no meat in the world without fat in it so i use alli to get the extra fat out.
The side effects isnt really a factor anymore, if u dont eat grease then youre fine, saturated fats give soft stools that float lol thats all.
Well im pretty sure after march 7th i started on my bulkin phase so yes all of that crap probably wont make me loose weight since im not goin for that. Alli takes fat out, thats what i use it for?
Ive said it a bunch of times...i just dont like eating fat or touching it
AND for the MOST part i remove what i can out of my foods/ meats?
