Orlistat Used to Cut Fat: Weekly Log

OK so Im on alli and I just started it regularly about 2 days ago which was monday january the 14th.
I first tried it on a meal I had at coltons steakhouse...
I had a grilled chicken sandwhich with fries, rolls, a cesear salad, and peanuts...you know the whole deal at those kinda steakhouses...
But later that nightthe side-effect was an oily stool....no big deal

This week the side-effect consisted of softened stools, and today an "oil leak", which was very controllable if you can control your gas lol.

So Far its doing the job, I took the perscription amount during lastnights meal which was 120mg of Orlistat....that was the cause of my oil secreation.
Not too bad...it does the job and was worht my money.

OK so its been a while since I've been on this, so far I see different side-effects for different foods...just a tip STAY AWAY from OIL! HAHA its the only way to get the really bad side-effect. The side-effects are very controllable. I Believe it was worth my money and time....and the side-effects lol. I feel like its doing its job which is removing fat from my diet as I cant control what my college has on their menu in the cafe' lol.
Worst comes to worse you have an oil discharge( which you only get if you consume a considerate amount of oil and take 120mg of orlistat which is 2 alli capsuels, I made my own spaghetti in a fryin pain and the veg oil was what did it), I've only had 2 accidents in the past 2 weeks and they werent that bad at all, just thave to learn how to control them and you'll be fine. All I have to say it does what it supposed to do!

-Umm not exactly, the side effects are very controllable. Anything that has happened to me was in the first 3 weeks, which was oil..umm discharges...might be the word. But anyhow, I havent really had any in a long while and Ive been on it since january 14th.No more accidents in short. ALSO it is NOT a laxative, so uncontrollable bowel movements wouldnt be the word..if it were i would be bulimic haha. Its oil.

-Im not gonna really take it that you were implying I have no will power since Ive lost 3 inches on my waist since I've been using it? I really cant control what they put in our college cafe', in fact what I can control I go by very strictly...no sugar, only skim milk, no greasy pizza or fried foods. Idk how they cook the food but they sneak in some damn butter in veggies...i mean WTH is the point? Well squeezing the oil out with napkins gets a considerable amount out of a burger...i eat pizza once in a blue moon also /

-Napkins take out a lot of gease out from a burger patty tho, which is the only part of the burger I eat...they are not burger king type either...just the kind u get in packaging and grill..I just squeeze the hell out of it and trust me it gets a lot out...I "dab" the few pieces of pizza I eat lol.

-TRUST ME, I do what I can for where I am, i really do. I cant really custom order or get the food myself either...ill give u a menu after a week of what they have during the week, but 3 meals on mon, wed, fri...then 2 on tues and thrus (running days) is what I have. Im on a 2 meal a day plan but i go over cuz im not there on weekends sometimes. I NEVER take alli with breakfast though.

-Yes, I am aware what our bodies need fat for, and to answer that Im using MOSTLY 2 pills for 2 meals a day. I use 2 pills ,on one meal, for meals that my friends drag me to, and they get pissed when i dont want to go there. HA yeah i did slip up over the spring break...i ate a piece of my gpaws homecooked pecan pie, cuz I dont even get to see him more than a 3 days in a year, if that,( hes been sick ), some lasangna?,and a 10inch pizza yesterday with my friends... So sue me. I ran 8 and over 15 miles on tues and fri during the week . My cholesterol is under 100 so Im not complaining. I figured Im doing better than most of the freshmen haha.

-Also this drug removes a quarter of the fat, 2 pills i assume will remove half or more? Idk I remember seeing that medication is cubed not doubled when taken...

-I mean you take the pill for what its worth? I cant control my menu at college, Im way to busy to be particular and Im tryin to maintain a 4.0 (this is a hard college) Especially for double majoring- "Pre-Pharmacy and Pyschology"
And workout for 2.5-3hrs a day, also fighting on weekends when people are scared to fight in a fight club...I love bodybuilding too

-In short what I've been doin has lost me a little less than 3 inches(no sugar, grease, skim milk, and alli) My choloesterol was below 100, but im gonna retake it since i had food 30mins before hahaha.Give me a break people, I dont eat a lot of fatty and sugary foods. Goin good so far. I eat balanced meals, workout and run,vitamins,creatine, nitric oxide, am I missing anything? 3-9-08

****Side NOTE: Well the thing is...I looked into prescription amounts of orlistat and it is way over anyones head...258$ for a month so dont try a prescription. Alli is the same thing only less money and half the amount of orlistat

Well I've learned a couple of things about alli or orlistat this week, which is eating diiferent fatty foods produces different side-effects.
LOL the famous oil discharge...yeah you wont get those if you don't eat ridiculous amounts of oil, for example: I would get stir fry at my college and would have to put vegatable oil in the pan so it doesnt burn, then have some veggies which, unbeknownst to me, had butter in it. I didnt figure it out until the next day, which didnt not mean an accident, I just held it in until I could get back to the dorm which wasnt too bad. Which means the combination of the oil in the pan and butter soaked veggies did it to me...I mean if your're cutting you arents goin to eat that anyways. I try to put the veggies on a napkins so the butter and what-not will go out of them. I also de-grease my hamburger patty with napkins and all that, which I always have but it just cuts grease down by soaking them up with a napkins.

But Im using Alli about twice a day for lunch and dinner, I just have eggs and hasbrowns(not too greasy). But Im woking out 2-3 hours a day monday-wed-fri and running everyday 2 or more miles...usually 6-8 on tues and thursday. I mean I feel like its doing its job pretty efficiently. Just keep up excersize and you'll lose the pounds. Im not sure but I might have lost an inch and a half off the waist. I did measurements at the beginning of the year and I was 33.5 and now Im 32, and I started using alli jan 14th...Im goin to continue to use it to May or June if I can.

Ok so, still goin great with the alli use...Im gonna order 120caps soon cuz Im running low but I've been keeping up with my stomach measurements and im down to a 31' waist, which i measured a 33.5 at the beginning of this year...I also made a switch from 2% to skim milk and im not taking in much sugars...haha id say its worth it if i lost 2.5inches off the waist.
Ummm just the usual side effects...definitly gonna see alli out to the very end because of how pleased I am with the results. My goal is a 30inch waist with 35inch hips(what I have now is 31inch waist with 35 inch hip)
Anyone have any input on alli?

I would say the best thing about this drug is that it persuades people to change there unhealthy diets by scaring them with the runs. Seems you have started eating healthier to control oily stools. Well i guess its motivation of a sort....

Well in a sense its done a little of that to me...but ive already been really self conscious about oil haha...ive always wrapped my hamburger in napkins and squeeze the oil out...or dab oil off of pizza, just anyway of de-greasing my food i do it

squeezing out burgers and dabbing oil off of pizzas cannot really be considered being "self concious about oil". I would say the best way to do that is not to eat them as most of the oil cannot be removed by sqeezing and dabbing. if it could id be dabbing away at a big pizza right now.
There is a lot you can do about diet no matter what canteen you are in. I work in a place that only sells fries and sweets and chocolate so i bring chicken and fruit in my cool bag.

yes it does. Terrible drug IMO. Essential fatty acids are called that for a reason. They are essential. This is a drug for people with 0 willpower.

And about the other story...like I said in my other logs on alli there are different effects for the different foods you eat.
When people "crap their pants" its because they probably ate something with A LOT of oil in it. Saturated, or a more solid fat, create softer stools...passing them is easy, haha they are low density so they float lol. Im not sure what to do about forums, because it seems like when i get on them i might...take the wrong message and end up getting mad???

Like I said heres what I just got done eating...3 baked chicken breast with the skin removed, a slice of ham, a whole raw carrot, corn, keshe'?...like an egg/broccoli pie type thing? With sugarfree apple pie?
Im also taking 2 alli pills a day, dont take it with breakfast or protein drinks..im taking in 100grams of soy powder protein a day, not artificial sugar, only sugars such as lactose and fructose..only artificial sugar is in the soy protein, 2 grams?
I dont know if people have actually read all of my posts or not? but i say in several what my workout regiment is, i think most would say im fit at my college...i mean im doing pull-ups with 50lbs straped to my feet, and ive got up to doin 5 with 70lbs, same with dips

lift weights mon, wed, fri...i just got off my cuttin phase so alli helps keep the fat down a little when I eat a lot? less to burn right?!

I mean I did ask about taking Anavar, but people on the discussion forums didnt think it was a good idea yet again? Im 19 years old, Im eating healthy, my total cholesterol is below 100.... waist is 31inches, hips 35.5 inches, chest is 43in...185lbs, 5'11" tall, shoe size? not sure what else to tell...

Its working good for me but a pharmacy major wouldnt know anything about drugs...in my opinion it has better credit to it than Hydroxycut, cuz its FDA approved and orlistat is an actual drug.

MY POINT is what could taking alli hurt? It doesnt get rid of all the fat you take in by any means, so its not completely taking away all of the fats you need. I dont sit around eating bon bons while I watch TV by any means either lol. Its just useful in helping me take in less fat. Right now Im off a cutting phase and back on a bulking on...running 2 miles for time and not doing a lot of distance, a lot more weight lifting.
I dont think theres a diet out there, without me buy food, that will have me eating zero fat...my diets pretty good, i just like a little backup when Im tryin to bulk up

My mom actually gets mad at me for taking it cuz she thinks its bad if i lost anymore.. Who in the world is happy with how they look tho?
I realize who its for. I even told my friend that before i got it that its for obese people.
I want ...well my obliques arent the best, probably cuz i hardly did oblique works during football. Idk maybe I have Cacomorphobia? I just dont like fat a lot or grease or any of that in my body at all... well anything visible such as grease, saturated fats...protein powder stuff like eggs dont bother me.

Ha and about that dream meal, like I said chicken-low in fat, ham-moderate, eggs- important amino acids, and well the sugar free pie tastes awesome, i would only assume it makes me happy... happy people tend to not gain fat as much...Im not tryin to completely rid myself of any sugar-like tastes...

And yeah Ive done the research on anavar, the most moderate steriod? Normally for women with osteoperosis and young children with a growth problem, most women take it because it has the least androgenic effects?
