    Great Ideas.

    RockinRed, can you direct me to some of the better companies that make power racks out here in Cali?

    Solid, sorry I hadn't checked back in here... did you find what you needed? hausman had a good suggestion with Elite... what did you decide?

    these pics dont do justice but i just got a bunch of Nautulus stuff in the house,
    Bench Press
    Adjustable bench seat
    regular seat
    preacher curl with bar
    seated calf machine
    universal smith machine with pullies
    leg extension machine
    dip rack/roman chair/pullup combo
    squat rack rated for 2000lbs (yeah right)
    3 racks of dumbells up to 120lbs
    20 cable attachments!!!!
    leg press
    hack squat
    sit-up bench

    yeah im woking out a lot all of a sudden, i can literaly eat between sets, its great!

    Still havent decided. Elitefts, lacks alot of information on their website. So I still have not done my homework on them yet. However, I noticed they seem quite a bit pricier than newyorkbarbells.
    As yet, I'm still undecided which way I'm gonna go. I like the leverage gym idea because of how easy it is to use. At my gym, I tend to graviate to the Hammer Strength Machines when I dont have a work out partner or spotter. But that Body Solid Rack looks good too and has a some nice attachments as well.
