    Drinking Alcohol....what weight are you losing?

    A couple of weeks ago I drank a lot of alcohol at the club...and I ended up losing 12lbs in 6 days. I still havent gotten to my normal weight.
    I was wondering...where is all the weight loss coming from? Are you just losing water retention from the dehydration?
    If so...would it be possible to add a little d-bol to my cycle to get the weight/water retention back to normal?

    Just throwing it out there....

    hahahahah yeah seroiusly..... i'd love to get all that for christmas! ;] it's gotta be nice to have a shlt load of gear on hand for future cycles because not having it is stressful when you want to cycle and can't come across any...

    anyway... very unclear question.... how much do you weigh now? how much were you before the club? just keep eating like you should and working out while drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.... if your goals are to bulk up then adjust your diet accordingly and you may want to pay the diet forum a visit... if your goals are to cut up then also you may find better info in the diet forum. dbol isn't really used for people just because they want to gain water weight?? I mean... worry about muscle, diet, training, not gaining some water weight... now if you want to have a good diet and training routine then add a cycle that sounds more like it....

    i am gonna go out on a limb here ....i know this sounds crazy but i dont think one night at the club is gonna make anyone 12 lbs lighter. unless you had 12 lbs of money in your pocket. there is another reason for your weight loss friend.

    I am killing myself just trying to maintain my weight...so 12lbs over 6 days doesnt really seem too unreasonable to me...

    Unless you went on some type if three day binder and you know what I mean. There is no way you would lose all that weight

    I was 184 before...now im 172.
    Before I start my cycle...I want to drink one more time, but drink a lot of water with it to see if I still lose a lot of weight.

    I'll have to see shifty's research first though...and see just how much of the weight loss is from dehydration.

    body fat is very low already.
    I'm not necessarily saying I want the water weight...I just want to know where the weight loss is coming from because of alcohol.

    Why you drink a lot of alcohol mid-cycle?

    If your putting aas through your body to improve your physique why add all those nasty empty colories and put ya self through all the other nasty sides of alcohol?

    Rant over... lol

    Research the effects alcohol can have on A LOT of your bodies functions.. estrogen, igf, protein synthesis just 2 name a few...

    You cant slack and drink loads n expect to chuck a few dbol down ya throat to get ya gains back.

    Seriously though, research the negative effects of alcohol.. Mess's with a lot of things like igf and protein synthesis..

    Will try and dig up some research i had on it.. Will make ya freak at drinking again if ya serious about getting ya gains.

    Personally at 5'9" and 172, struggling to keep weight, I would review my diet before I jumped on the cycle you outlined in your other thread.

    184 at 5'9 naturally...I really dont think thats bad. I honestly have a good diet.

    These 2 posts were 30 minutes apart today in 2 different threads, are you 172 or 183? Are you 5'9" or 5'10"? Regardless even 5'9" and 183 after a cycle, I feel your diet needs work. Your threads are all over the place.

    I dont know why I put 183. I was 184. I am 172 now because of the alcohol.
    I really don't know how tall I am. I measured myself at 5'8" with a tape measure...the doctor office said I was 5'10". I eyeball my self at 5'10" with others. So I kinda put myself somewhere in between.
    and my first cycle was with fake gear...I like to include it anyways...dunno why.

    ok... i have to chime in here...

    - You didnt lose 12lbs of any type of weight because you drank one night. Matter of fact, thats a lot of weight to lose in 6 days for any reason.
    - ive cycled and drank more than i like to admit - weight might fluctuate 5 lbs. , and thats when im retaining a lot of water. your not even on cycle...
    - dbol is not your answer. Big is trying to tell you, with complete stats, get your diet straight. That includes water.
    - Diet, rest, training is the way to put it back on, however you lost it. That much loss still sounds strange unless you did it on purpose standing in a sauna in a plastic bag in a volcano.
    - a hot volcano.

    something doesnt seem right about this bro ... 12lbs ??!! drinking would make you gain weight if anything .. not lose it .. from what I was told - drinking slows your metabolism by about 30% ... and that it takes about 2 days for your body to level out after - i dont know how true that is but I would definitely feel it slows the metabolism .. .keep checking it .. also make sure you weigh yourself in the same clothes or w/no clothes at all and keep an eye on it for another couple days .. if it doesnt climb or level I would call a Dr.

    hey dude... joking aside... whatever in the world caused you to lose that much weight...

    Diet - train - rest. that will put it back on. Dbol will add water. but you dont need just water.

    To get the full picture here, you have to take bits of info from each thread this guy started yesterday. He ran 7 weeks of deca only, concluded if was fake because he hadn't seen any gains, and stopped cold without pct. Now he has dropped weight and is complaining of no sex drive in another thread. Considering it takes me a good 5 weeks for deca to even kick in, it's likely his deca was legit, it would explain all of his symptoms.

    alcohol is eventually converted into estrogen, which actually allows for a lot of water-weight, so i wouldn't be so worried about that...i don't think you should lose that much weight from one night of drinking, that's why i'm gonna have to argee with Big's theory.

    alcohol converts to estrogen? are you sure about that? i know in some cases alcoohol use can increase estrogen levels but i dont think it converts to estrogen that just doesnt make sense to me. i would like to read though if you have info on it. peace.

    ethanol cant convert to a hormone. I'm sure that the fact thats its a CNS depressant has something to do with its effect on the HPTA. I'm gonna go read on this.....
