99 percent of the time, the guys arms match the guys chest, and the guy thinks his chest is bigger than it really is, which it is not......99 percent of the time, the arms are in proportion to the chest......and if their not, you can blame that on genetics, not your routine unless you are severely overtraining.
moral of the story? the guys arms are normal.......they are in proportion to his small chest which he thinks is huge, but is in fact mistakining
