Well buddy no one should be using steroids period, but they do, and you know why people take them, not cause they need to, but to alter ones physical shape in a matter of months compared to years, to best achieve the body they want through hard work and training with the aid of steroids, so it wouldnt matter what BF% i am, cause wit the aid of steroids, and hard training, i can get the results faster and i know u know this so theres no room to disagree am i correct? please tell me so
bro i know but im always hearing people sayin im 20% body fat and so on and so on and there getting the answers they need, why cant i just get a straight up answer on my subject, and as for the 25%, that was just made up cause im not sure, i figured low 20s and really i can understand why they say dont do it, but my issue is "I HAVE ALREADY GOT THE GEAR" and im not just not goin to take them, already been paid for and im not sellin it either so im just needing the best advise on my "GEAR"
The reason you shouldn't use AAS is not because your body fat is too high, but...if you knew how to properly train and diet then your body fat would not be so high. Do you understand? By reviewing your stats they simply say "hey I either don't know how to eat and train properly, or I have not been dedicated to eating and training properly". Its not that someone that is fat necessarily shouldn't use gear, its that people without the dedication and dicipline won't benefit from AAS anyway. You have not been sticking to anything for long enough when it comes to nutrition, it's obvious or you would have lower body fat. Bro this is not a flame, I am simply explaining something to you.
LOL c'mon dude, you can't cut and gain muscle at the same time, either bulk or cut, if you have to use a drug, then do an hour of cardio a day, cut back on carbs and fats, and try out that clen
