Thats really up to you. I wouldnt any less than 200mg per week, or any more than 400mg per week though if this is your second cycle. Whatever dose you chose its best to stop taking the deca at least 2 weeks before you stop taking the test. This is thought to aid in hormonal recovery after the cycle because the deca is more suppressive than the testosterone. I would not recommend running the deca for any less than 10 weeks unless you are going to front load it and even then no less than around 6-8 weeks. It takes a little time before you start to see the results from deca so it needs to be run for a while. I know that yyou said that you had no problems on your first cycle but It's advisable to have an AI on hand just in case or progesterone related issues.
