now you have a milk carton with a cement block in it mixed with hyperdermic needles. but unless someone goes through the trouble of smashing this thing open its relatively safe
What in the world is with all this nonsense? An empty creatine jug will hold around 100 needles, and never open up if you duct tape it shut and throw it in your garbage... no one is touching anything after it has been compacted in the trash truck, and everyone is safe. Why over complicate the issue?

I'm really surprised at all the people that throw them out in the trash. Dirty syringes are medical waste. There are laws against throwing that stuff in the garbage for a reason.

When the trash is compacted, and your supplement jug is smashed into bits, those syringes can spill out in the truck, fall out of the truck onto the street where kids play.. any number of things.

You're really reaching pal... that is a pretty far fetched scenario... that stuff isn't falling out of any trash truck in any street. It's in a freakin landfill somewhere with a bunch of other sharp contaminated objects!

why not? its an unlikely scenario with it falling out of the trash truck, but say it does happen... think about running down the street barefoot and having a 1.5" hyper****ingdermic needle stick your foot after it rolled into the gutter like alot of trash does.

How many trash trucks do you see that get every last bit of trash into the truck and none falls out from when the can is lifted?

buy a sharps container and drop them off at the local hospital. no ones gonna **** with a big red plastic box with a biohazard sign on it.
