Same day and its ok to mix them together in the one injection. I suggest taking some GInko Bilboa throughout the cycle is you think that you may be prone to prolactin related issues from the deca (gyno, lactating ect). Its just a herbal plant extract. Im not yet sure in the recommended dosage but im taking 2000mg per day. Its by many being used to replace vitamin B6 which people used to take for the same reason. The problem with B6 is its thought to limit your gains some what.
