    Whats the general consensus on starting on on a cycle of of Deca?
    I eat very well, train hard and I am recovering from a neck shoulder injury. be recovered in about 4 weeks. Have been told to train first on lighter weights to get the body ready and then hit it hard. Your thoughts will be greatfully appreciated

    I should have told you guys and gals everything but I didnt want to clog up the forum to much
    I also intend to take Test in the form of Test Proprionate
    My statts are 44 years old 18" arms, Big shoulders and legs, chest lagging but body not not cut. About 25% fat but working on it I am looking for size, strength not definition.
    I have read a lot but there is so much, guess I have a long way to go. Please reply with as much as you can, all imput negative or positive is good and I appreciate it.
    I live in Australia and some of this stuff is hard to get and expensive.
    If anyone can help there once again to get it cheaper and of good quality, very appreciative

    At 25% bf you really should diet down before using steroids. Idealy to around 10% but at least around 15% in my opinion. At your bf% using steroids will put a lot of strain on your body (strains the heart, really high LDL [bad cholesterol] ect) and you are more likely to gain even more fat whilst on cycle. Starting off lean promotes lean gains (I realise that you said that you dont care about being lean).

    Also the people who run this board do not like people asking for sources like that, especially in the open forum. There is a good chance the sort of people you attract would be scammers anyway. I too live in Australia so understand where your coming from. Been in your shoes before. Just keep talking to people at the gym ect and you will eventually find a reliable source.
