Hey guys im having trouble sleeping getting a good solid 8 hours deep sleep.. any one got anytips or supplements that wont have anybad side effects to help.. as you all know you cant get big without a good sleep
Drugs are bad choice....DO this go work out for 1.5 hrs come back take a shower make sure dsm dont see u..have a sex and go to bed...if u cant sleep have a anal sex and u will sleep like a baby
