a little bit off the subject but still on it at the same time but im goin to culinary school and i am curious how a restaurant that serves healthy food that taste almost the same as the unhealthy stuff might do...cause i might open one up when i get out of school....but besides that....it aint that hard to eat at a restaurant u just gotta have the will power to tighen up and not give in.....any place you go is going to have the protiens and carbs and all the bad shit seperated.....its not always pre made...so they shouldent have a problem just grilling a plain chicken breast or some kind of fish without putting all of the shit on it.....its accually less work for them so the wount have any problems doing it....i know cause i work in a restaurant.

You can get them pretty much anywhere and you don't have to eat the tortillas. I can't believe no one else posted this. You can diet on just restaraunt fajitas.
Just eat the meat (chicken, steak, or shrimp) and the salsa, sour cream, and possibly the cheese if you don't care about fat. Ditch the tortillas. Always pronounce it wrong when you order.
