I have a rough outline of what my diet has been, and will probably be similar to while on my cycle, up there at the top. Sorry all my info up there is jammed together and unorganized. Anyways, this is what I got.
My diet will probably stay about what it has been.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 4-5 egg whites, 2 slices wheat bread or oatmeal.
Pre-lunch: 40-50g protein shake
Lunch: 2 chicken breast with 1-2 servings brown rice.
Later afternoon: 1 chicken breast, maybe 1 serving brown rice
Pre-workout: 40g protein shake
Post-Workout: 40-50g protein shake and depending how late it is, eat either chicken or steak. May or may not have simple carbs.
Also, do you have any suggestion on what my swollen area might be? Is that common or just plain bad?
