i could save some good money by shopping at cheaper stores for my food, something i have looked into, but right now with my schedule it works out better where i shop now, although all it would take is afew adjustments

Go for Aldi.The cheapest veg and fruit in the UK,and sardines are 28p per tin with a whopping 20 grams protein
