This thread cracked me up. I have always had proportionally large forearms also and have often been the subject of jokes about wanking. I favor the exercise that I know as fishing. Its where you get a piece of dowel and drill a hole through the center, thread through piece of rope with a knot at one end and weights attached to the other. Then either free standing or with your arms resting on a bench straight out in front you use a winding motion of the wrists to wind and unwind the rope. You can wind in either direction and with an over or under hand grip. I also do all the standard barbell wrist curls, hammer curls, reverse bicep curls plus farmers walk and super sets involving a selection of those. You can also modify many back exercises by wrapping something around the bar to thicken it and involve the forearms more.
Spot inject with synthol, that shit will have you looking buff like the infamous Gregg Valentino
