    totally possible. the question is... do you have the drive and dedication to achieve said goal?

    like abbot says, up the cardio. what type of cardio do you do? do you switch it up? run, stair climb, eliptical, row, bike?

    whats your calorie intake, fats, carbs,protein?

    cardio in the morning on an empty stomach right?

    the tren, test, and clen will help immensly with your goal. but diet and cardio is the largest part of that. the tren and what not will just help add to it.

    I do have the drive to do this... I just got out of a VERY long term relationship and it came to me as a BIG SHOCK.... I think that is driving me more than anything right now.

    Lately I've been doing cardio on the eliptical since it's pretty easy on my knee... (torn acl) running isn't a good option for me but I used to do a lot of incline walking as well.... I guess I should ask how often should cardio be changed up? Should I do something new for cardio each time? Like monday-eliptical, tues-bike, wed.-incline walking, thurs-stairs, etc.... ? I will be doing my cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach.... i have learned that's the most efficient way for fat burning..

    I posted what my diet looks like above but I don't have the exact numbers for you right at the moment.... I will actually try to figure all of that out and post them up...


    Oh yeah one question I had that I forgot to mention..... People always say tren will make your cardio disappear.... does that mean I won't have the ability to do high intensity cardio? or does that mean if i'm trying to do some cardio in the a.m. for 45 minutes I won't be able to do it ???? If that's the case wouldn't tren be counter productive for my goals of trying to get a 4 pack in 6 weeks?
