don't just based on a number timeline. u know the muscle is ready to be torn up again when its no longer sore. if u want a timeline, common sense, just take a look at muscle size. for me legs are sore for about 5days and wen they are no longer sore, tear em up again. with reguards to abs (a small target muscle) abs usually will heal in 2-3days, giving abs a workout possibly twice a week. besides, 5 hours i dont think is enough time for anything to heal. 1 more thing, u can reduce your recovery time with a good diet and supplementation. use the search function
