Well if your looking to stay at 230 (which if i read correctly is where you are now) you might wanna look at Anavar...
maybe week 1 at 40, just to get a feel, then move up to 60 or 80 even, or just start at 60 or 80 if you want..
you can run it anywhere from 4-8+ weeks, 8 weeks @ 80 mgs ed would be pretty solid. with a small pct probably.
This will move you to around 235 (considering your going to be totally shredded!), and it shouldnt hinder your playmaking abilities that you need at ILB...
another plus, it will probably drop your BF%, and your strength should go up consideribly, and you wont lose speed...
Sounds like this might be your best bet... That is, if ive interpreted everything youve said right.
