Sorry for jumping into this conversation but I'm also going onto my soph year in JUCO this year, and have a very similar case as helmetroller. I'm a dual athlete in wrestling and football and during my football season I had torn my hamstring in spring training at camp while I was taking deca at 1 cc a week. I had started seeing results on week 7 but then suddenly tore my hamstring doing simple running drills. I then took time off and waited for wrestling season, and tore the same hamstring again as well as straining my opposite hammy. I've been lifting weights and running and so far so good things are feeling good but tight, but I don't think I stretched out properly or long enough. I'm looking on jumping onto a stack here and was wondering what you would recommend.
