a lot of bacon..
2 bowls of oatmeal
10:00
snack time
16oz of tuna
wheat crackers
11:30
2tuna sandwiches
2:00
ham sandwich
6:00
2chicken breast
or boneless chicken breast or any kind of red meat and vegg
8:00
go and work out till 9:00 or 9:30
10:00
go to bed
