    I just dropped about thirty pounds to get back into mma so that I would not gas in seconds. It sucks dropping weight especially if it was hard fought lean mass....lol

    I am kinda with you on the ground game thing. However as I started learning more about MMA as a whole I started to see some of the little things that happen only on the mat that I didnt see before going into my training. Now I watch fights and see a sweep or an submission or even just a simple pass and can see the technique and chest matches being played out that I couldnt see before.

    i hear ya. the better i get at it, the more i like it lol. we train in seven minute rounds. its no fun lol. sparring 7 minutes, rolling 7 minutes, everything. that will most definately up the gas tank
