Thanks for the reply. Seems like people I train with get sore more often than I and I couldnt understand why. Although I did slam my chest pretty good yesterday and I felt it today. Doing 4 sets of 20 @ three exersizes. Last two to three sets were forced sets and it seemed to work. But that is good information because I thought I was doing something wrong. Getting massive hard pumps every time. Thanks agian.

I do not feel like a big fan of soreness right now.. I took 3 weeks off, and hit the chest moderately hard yesterday.. Today I feel like I'm pretty damn sore.. Well actually one side of my body, feels like Its F'ed up, but hopefully its just hardcore sore.

Why did you ask a question with a question? or was that an inflection?

Generally speaking, if you want strength and size you will be in the 6-10 rep range. Depends on your goals. I was just wondering is all.

I do what you are saying. I just like to change things up a bit every now and than. 45 years old and joints are really starting to hurt so I figured I would try droping in weight alittle and go for reps awhile.
