Ath the moment i have been doing
Mon = Chest / Shoulders & Triceps
Tuesday = Lats/Biceps & Legs
Wens = REST
Thursday = Chest / Shoulders & Triceps
Friday = Lats/Biceps & Legs
3x12 for all apart from biceps/triceps which i do 2x12reps.
I take it this is to much?
