    diet typical

    9am weetabix semi skimmed milk

    11am protein shake

    1pm chicken sandwich, sugary drink

    3pm train 4pm protein shake

    6.30 pm chicken/beef, veg , roast potatos/fries

    10pm protein shake (bed)

    im doin maxi muscle cyclone shakes

    my bad habits are candy/ chocolate which i know will have to stop!

    any advice?

    cut shake, try tuna/light mayo and sweet potatos
    1pm chicken sandwich, sugary drink
    low fat chicken, cut drink, add red potatos, sweet potatos or lentils
    3pm train 4pm protein shake
    add a carb source with the shake

    low fat chicken or 96/4 beef, red potatos, cut fries

    cut shake, add cottage cheese and blueberries or strawberries or blackberries

    i asked for help on cutting, i have made noticable gains all rounds so my bulking must be working,

    ill ue the diet sheet, thanks bro
